Refund Policy

At Aziel Documents Clearing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion.

  2. Refunds will be processed if the service provided does not match the agreed terms or if there is a verifiable error on our part.

  3. Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  4. All refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their service request within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring a fee.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the service fee.

Shipment Policy

  • Tracking information will be provided for all physical shipments.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases where incorrect documents are provided due to an error on our part.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the documents.

  • Customers must return the original documents in their received condition to qualify for an exchange.

  • No exchanges will be granted for customer errors, such as incorrect details provided during the service request.
